i m feelin so shuang now that i tink i wont b pissed by anyone today..
i have taken revenge for those who dislike those 2 freaks in company..

i was late for work tis morning.. den leonard called and question mi bout the quote he gave me last friday..

L: oie.. the quote for chai chee you send to customer already anot?
Me: not so sure le.. later check once i reach office ok?
L: you better make sure its done lo..
ME: "KUP" his phone..

then when i was walking in the long long path in and i receive his SMS in BOLD..
L: IF WE DONT RECEIVE THE QUOTATION FROM YOU TODAY BY 11AM, WE WILL LODGE A FORMAL COMPLAIN.. this is wat my customer send from chai chee sec.
Me: "to prevent any quarrels" alright alright..
L: what alright.. i just check email.. u did not sent at all.. pls la..
Me: i not free do the quote on friday.. but i ask jac help mi do liao and i tink i send by fax liao lo..later i go office dbl confirm..

den he jitao no reply.. once i reach office, i jitao resend the quote again after editing the date.. didnt realise that the mail was jam in my outbox.. but.. i went over to the fax machine and wanted to fax the quote to the teacher to ensure he receive via fax and mail.. after faxing, i check the in tray of the fax and c if there is any for mi.. den i spotted the quote which i just send and it was dated last week.. it means, THE TEACHER RECEIVED THE QUOTE AND THEY WANT TO BUY THE THINGS WE QUOTE THUS SIGNING BACK..

then when i wanted to proceed with the deal, i discover leonard email mi and put my bosses in the CC list to "notify" me on the quote again!

I jus got a complain from Chai Chee Sec Mr Chai , he have been waiting for the quote . I have pass u last week to do, can u pls make sure that it is done. Mr Chai is damn piss off , he going to file a formal complain if he dun get it by 11 am…

Me: Ya.. so, pls kindly check with ur customer before u start raising ur voice at mi..
L: den i ask u u say u duno?
Me: eh.. if i ask u wat u eat on friday u remember anot?

TMD.. he jitao no reply lo.. den i decide to reply his email..

I have checked my records.
I have faxed the customer the quote before I go home on Friday.
And I have received the customer’s PO at 8.43am via fax.
For your information, I have fax and email the quote to him again this morning again!

den i receive a call from boss to check with something.. i jitao tel him this email.. he advice me to give a mre detailed reply to cover my ass.. LOL.. so i sent a second mail again..

Hi Leonard,

To be more detailed, the quote which I re-send your customer this morning I actually re-dated the quotation before sending out.
However, the quotation that the teacher chop and fax back was dated last Friday which was the one I faxed over before I go home last Friday.
Based on my hard copy filing on the quotations I have done for you, it was faxed on Friday and it’s my common practice to fax and chop the date on the quote itself to keep a record of it.
This morning when you called me, I was still on my way to work thus I couldn’t answer you when you question me about the quote and you said you have not receive the quote via email.
FYI, you have not indicate on the rough quote whether to send it by email or fax and you did not give me any email add to send to thus I sent it via fax.
Should you have any doubts, do feel free to come to me and I will show you the hard copies of everything.
